在条并卷机和精梳机间实现智能、自动化运输，配有智能AGV运输系统及嵌入式上位机控制程序。棉卷4个为单位利用运棉小车码齐，并自动输送到精梳机车后供其自动换卷用，将精梳机返回的空管带回喂入条并卷机，完成条并卷及精梳机的连续生产。
可根据条并卷机和精梳机纺纱品种的不同设定供应配台关系，识别每台设备的ID智能搬运。前后工序间智能对接，满足车间无人化生产，减少成本，减少停台，提高精梳工序运行效率，减少人为因素影响适用范围广，应用灵活。
