精梳机连续、自动、无人操作智能生产，设计开发筒管尾卷清理系统、棉卷头尾搭接控制系统、筒管搬运系统、翻卷系统等，并配合控制程序连续生产。
Continuous、automatic、unmanned operation produce,including automatic spools waste cotton clean system、automatic cotton rolls connect system、automatic cotton rolls transport system、automatic cotton rolls turnup system. All the systems coordinate with control program can achieve process production.
（2） 锡林多角度梳理系统
Multi-angle cylinder comb system
多角度梳理机构可实现90°、110°、130°锡林快速切换，设计新型钳板传动机构、吸风系统等配套机构，工艺适应性显著提高。
Multi-angle cylinder comb system can achieve fast switch between 90°、110°and 130°, connect with new design for Nipper transmission mechanism and suction system, can improve the technological adaptability for spinning obvious.
（3） 模块化大卷装条桶机构
Modular large-volume barrel mechanism
牵伸机构模块化设计，可提供600mm、1000mm两种条桶直径，有效降低操作人员的劳动强度，接头质量稳定性提高。
The modular design of the drafting mechanism can provide two barrel diameters of 600mm and 1000mm, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of the operator and improves the stability of the joint quality.
（4） 分离罗拉及钳板等传动机构开发

对关键机构进行平衡优化设计与分析，减轻机构的振动力、减少振幅度、提高机件寿命，核心传动部件采用高精度加工工艺，车头润滑充分、油品清澈。

High speed with high quality
生产速度最高可达到500钳次/分钟（展会演示速度550钳次/分钟），经过长期连续运转，实纺细绒棉生产速度在450钳次/分钟以上，长绒棉生产速度在380钳次/分钟以上，产量65kg/h，棉结、短纤维清除率可达70%，纺纱质量可满足USTER质量公报5%的水平；设备振动小、噪音低、操作维修方便、性能安全可靠。
The maximum production speed can reach 500 Nips/min (exhibition demonstration speed is 550 Nips/min). After long-term continuous operation, the production speed of solid-spun fine-staple cotton is over 450 Nips/min, and the production speed of long-staple cotton is 380 Nips/min. The output is 65kg/h and the neps and short fiber removal rate can reach 70%. The spinning quality can meet the 5% level of USTER Quality Bulletin; the equipment has low vibration, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable performance.

可配置适应色纺和多组分差别化纤维生产的精梳半成品收集装置，如台面棉网收集装置、精梳棉条中央吸风收集装置。可选的专纺长绒棉模块、棉麻混纺模块、涤纶专纺模块、机采棉专纺模块等。
